We add 4% to this rate to cover the cost of the reservation and student verification and 3% for the credit card processing fee. You can set any availability and even include a minimum stay. Changing rates and availability is easy. Instead of requesting a deposit, you may ask that your guest purchase liability insurance. A $69 premium covers the first $3,000 of accidental damage while you are away. Details coming soon. 3. When your guest moves in, he or she will have 2 days to verify the home matches your description and complies with local safety standards. We will send your rent every month.
